Just the FAQ's

How much does it Cost to Cut Down a Tree?

The straight forward answer is, it depends.

It will take an On-Site Evaluation, which will include, determining Accessibility, Hazards, Distances from Utilities (above and below ground), Structures and Public Roadways, and the Scope of the job including what final result is required.

Are there any Cost Saving options?

Yes.

The most economic option available is “Chop and Drop”. The Tree is cut down as needed, and all debris left is to be reduced and removed by someone else.

However, there are options over a broad range of topics.

If You should want viable wood cut to rough lengths to be stored for a fireplace and just have the brush removed, or have the debris piled up in some preferred fashion for burning later, or any other reasonable request, to and including, complete Removal of all Logs, Branches, and Brush.

It's all Figure-out-able.

How Long will it take to Finish?

Being a small company, it will likely take longer than one of the larger corporate outlets. They have multiple man crews, millions of dollars in equipment, and a need to make the monthly payments for all of that Overhead. So, if time is of the essence, and you don't have budgetary constraints, They would probably do a fine job for You.

However, if time to completion is not a main factor, and you would still like a Thorough and Professional job done, We're probably the option that would be less painful on the bank account.

Quotes, Scheduling, and Payment

Quotes:

Estimates are Free, if you are within 50 miles driving distance of Lake Jackson, TX, per Google Maps. Beyond that, there will be a $20 fuel charge, unless otherwise stated.

After an evaluation of the process needed to meet the customer needs, a Quote will be generated with a preliminary Contract to document the details and scope of work.

Pending Quote acceptance, there would then be an Email sent with an attached Contract, to be signed and returned before the beginning of any scheduled work. In the event that Email is not an option, there will be a copy of the Contract brought to the job-site for a signature by the Client, or by a qualified Signatory, prior to the beginning of work on the scheduled day.

Note: Any additional work requested after arriving on the job site will be annotated on the contract if needed, with details of the further tasks needed to be performed and their subsequent additional costs. All changes and charges will be initialed by the Client or qualified signatory as acceptance of the amended Contractor Agreement before any additional work is initiated.

A new Quote, Contract, and Scheduling process will be the preferred method if work is to be done in the future.

Scheduling:

The Start Day to begin Work will fall within a scheduled 10 day window of time.

Contact will be made with the Client before initiation of work, where necessary, to verify Arrival Date and local work site conditions.

No work will be done in unsafe weather, including lightning, high winds, or flooding conditions. Rescheduling will be done as needed.

There also may be requirements that the job-site area is suitable to access and work upon.

Reasonable efforts will be made to ensure a suitable dry ground will be present at the time of work in an effort to help prevent damage to soft ground by falling materials should this be a customer concern.

Note: All Pet Owners are required to Remove Pet Waste from the work area, prior to any work being conducted.

The only Scheduling permitted that would reside outside of these normal parameters, would fall within the Emergency Service Response process. See the Emergency Service Response section for details.

Payment:

Payment for Services will be Paid in Full once the signed Contract obligations have been met.

Cash, Check (with proper valid identification), or Money Order, are accepted forms of payment.

Note: Some Jobs of $2000, or more, may require a 10% Non-Refundable Deposit upon Quote Acceptance.
